Coaching Packages

Packages are not one size fits all. Each package is customized, based on your end goals – and we work backwards from there. We'll work together to assess and develop a plan that's just right for you. Custom coaching packages usually range from three to six months in duration with an assessed number of regularly scheduled meetings, recommended services and supports, agreed-upon goals and objectives, homework, and an implementation plan, all of which usually falls under these key phases of the special needs journey:

• Diagnosis Time

• The K-12 School Years

• Transition to Adulthood - Education, Employment, Social, Life Skills, Independence

• Adulthood - Life Skills, Workplace & Relationships   

 

Of course each person is different. And each family is unique as well. Your family's needs may not fit neatly into one box, so it is important we hold an initial consultation before deciding upon a plan of action, and keep communications open. We'll adjust as needed.

We'll look at Executive Functioning, Mindfulness, Daily Planning, Self Care, Anxiety Busters, Communication Techniques, Support Systems, Respite Care, Circle of Friends, Education Advocacy, Workplace Advocacy, Self Esteem Builders, Social Settings, Custom Life Hacks, Creative Outlets, Relationships and more!

 

Packages include an assessment, strategy development, planning, implementation, check-ins and follow-up.
